Fit for Life: Beginner Fitness for Women Over 50
Over the years I have begun prioritizing health and fitness, and I’ve learned how vital exercise is—especially as we age. That’s why I created this course: to help older women build strength, confidence, and a solid foundation for lifelong wellness. With a focus on proper technique and sustainable movement, this program empowers women to work out safely and effectively, ensuring they stay strong, capable, and active at any stage of life.
This 6-week course offers a gentle and supportive introduction to exercise for women aged 50 and up. Participants will gain a foundational understanding of fitness principles and learn how to incorporate them into their workout routines. They will focus on essential exercises that promote strength, flexibility, and balance, while also building a sustainable exercise routine tailored to their needs. A self-assessment quiz at the start of the course helps learners gauge their current fitness level. Additionally, short, easy-to-follow explanation videos make learning the key concepts quick and straightforward.
